Static interference is a common hazard that affects the stable operation of electronic devices. Especially in industrial control sites with dry environments and dense static power sources, the anti-static ability of membrane switches directly affects the reliability of system operation and the service life of human-machine interfaces.

To improve anti-static performance, the first step is to start with the material itself. The surface layer can be made of anti-static coating polyester film or anti-static film material with surface resistance controlled within the range of 10 ?~10 ? Ω. This type of material can effectively release static charges and reduce the accumulation of static electricity on the surface.

It is recommended to use a wrapped or double-sided shielding structure for the conductive line section. After the shielding layer is grounded, it can quickly release the external electrostatic field and prevent interference with the circuit.
